I'm on a strict paleo challenge and this makes dining while traveling difficult. I was thrilled to find a place that didn't use a bunch of junk to cook with (vegetable oil...butter.. msg). I had shrimp and sweet potatoes and it was delicious. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish they had other menu items that were paleo friendly and not just the items in the case. I'll definitely eat there again next time I'm in town.

I eat Paleo, so I was so excited when I heard of this place. However I was very disappointed in the food..... I had the salmon with broccoli and asparagus from the box... The salmon had a cold spot in it and the broccoli was slightly burnt on the top, the broccoli and asparagus were dried out, I have no idea how long the precooked food had been in the fridge.. I paid around 15$ just for my plate, which seemed more like warmed left overs... I would have preferred to order something off the menu but didn't see anything besides... read more

I discovered this place about 2 months ago and every time I come to Alexandria I have to stop and eat here. The owners are so nice. The food is amazing!! You must try the chicken salad. The blackened shrimp is delicious so is the tomato soup. They have Goat Milk which is very good. I have never gotten anything there I didn't like. They always have fresh veggies and if you get there early enough during the day they always have some good homemade dessert they made.
