Chris and his people have been taking good care of my car for over four years now, and I cannot express how pleased I am with their excellent service I completely trust them as they have not ever let me down. They are reasonably priced and their quick and friendly service always exceeds expectations.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude to Chris and his crew. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and the customer service was outstanding. Quick, efficient reasonably priced and very friendly. Will certainly be taking all my vehicles to them when needed. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again fellas.
Super friendly. No up-sales. Actually took the time to talk TO ME and not above me about my car. They caught a problem Ive been having and offered to fix it with zero pressure or obligation. I FINALLY found a shop in my neighborhood that I trust (after 9 years of searching!)
I went to O'REILLY to have them look at my battery cable. It was in bad shape. They said they could cut off the end and replace the end with a $5 part. They would do it for free. I told them I wanted it done right so I'd take it next door to Good ole boys. They did the exact thing that O'REILLYs was going to do except they used "shop parts" and charged $90 for labor. Took them about 15 minutes!! I'm a 70 year old woman on a fixed income. I don't know much about car repairs, but I know I just got fleeced!
