I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring online and could not have been more pleased! I was worried about purchasing online, but the staff was incredibly responsive. They took HD close-up shots of the ring, pointed out any oddities/flaws with 100% honestly and allowed me to make a very informed purchase. They were also very accommodating with the entire purchasing process. I received the ring very quickly and it was absolutely beautiful - and now I'm engaged! It speaks for itself :)

Absolutely amazing service. Even though my intended purchase was very small in nature (just a 10pt diamond!) and i resided across the globe (i.e singapore). The staff went out of their way to answer my every question, meticulously sending me pictures even though they really didnt have to. Kudos to Jonathan, Irene and Marie for the excellent service and patience! I highly recommend this place.

Love my reset rings! Phenomenal job and amazing service from start to finish! Irene was instrumental in helping me figure out the best way to reset my almost 30 year old engagement ring and wedding band! Amy was tremendously helpful through the process. I highly recommend the store and will be sure to return for any future jewelry needs!
