This store does not give accurate estimates over the phone. Please beware the estimate was $125 over the phone and when I arrived to pick up my ring the total cost exceeded $400. This is unacceptable and I will never buy anything or repair at this store again. Very disappointed I was a long time customer.

I can't say enough good things about Good Old Gold. Matt, Marie, and the whole staff were extreme helpful in my search for my fiancé's engagement ring. When reviewing diamonds they go into a level of detail beyond just "the four C's". The ASET, Hearts and Arrows, and darkfield illumination photography were simply not available from any other jeweler I talked to.
