From the moment I made an appointment to entering the facility, everything was incredibly easy. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the person who tested me, Euna, was incredibly compassionate. She listened attentively to my concerns about my hearing and explained the testing process in great detail. I felt treated with respect, care, and compassion throughout the entire experience.
