I’m posting on behalf of my elderly mother who declined getting a hearing aid following an assessment with Andy Noh. Upon hearing that she’d like to hold off on getting a hearing aid, he berated her, and asked why she even bothered getting tested. Needless to say, he made her feel less than, which is counter to the practice’s mission of spreading the love and kindness of Jesus.
