Based on our actual experience I’d rate 3-5 stars, but I’m feeling generous because of the fact that this has to be one of the only shops in the area with such a good selection of notable 3rd wave roasters. Also appreciate the japanese-style cold brew - it was absolutely delicious. The comments about service, however, I fear are accurate. We ordered a cookie from the display case right at the cash register and never got it. Like the people and environment- in terms of service - does not seem like the place where people give good customer service. Seemed very monotone, lack of energy, and slight annoyance of questions being asked.
This is my go to coffee shop even though it's not near home for me. They always have a good selection of speciality coffees, chocolate, spices and so many other interesting things. The staff are great and very helpful. They also have a very cool outside seating area. The coffee is always rotating from different roasters so you get veriety and get to try new things which is what I love. Id say it a spot to check out.
A zen oasis in the middle of the city. Warm, calm atmosphere with modern, minimal aesthetic. Great tea, good for lingering. Highly recommend!
Had a good time, japanese iced coffee had a very balanced flavor. Service was polite and no frills. The atmosphere was also calm, with tasteful decorations, nothing overwrought
