I really wanted it to work and used the service for 1.5 years but no improvement but went backwards. When I called to cancel the service they did not seem interested in partnering with me to find a solution.

Technician is very knowledgeable and very professional. Company has good communication skills and notifies us of upcoming service. They give early payment discount for the year and easy online access to complete. Website also has a wealth of information.
Good Nature Organic Lawn Care is a really superb lawn care company in the greater Cleveland area. We've referred a number of our friends in the area to them and everyone we've sent to WGN has become a long term customer of theirs. Alec and his team just have a total focus on QUALITY - both on service but also on the products that they use. They're on time, do the work within budget, and my friends have all told me "they're just awesome". 5 big fat stars for Good Nature Organic Lawn and the Alec team!
I have had Good Nature for at least 5 years and they have turned my very thin turf into a very filled in turf with minimal weeds. They have have recommended several treatments and they have really supported a strong turf base. I would strongly recommend.
Personnel are wonderful, customer service is responsive, lawn looks great, kids can play in the yard with no worries which is peace of mind :)
