I haven’t used them for two years and they came out today and almost started fertilizing my yard. I never signed back up and I have another company who comes out since last year. I’m very angry that they would just start service without me calling and saying yes to anything. That’s very rude and very unprofessional.

Would not recommend. My lawn has gotten appreciably worse over the last two years since switching to this company. I called to complain and they suggested I pay for extra weed and bug preventer. I’m already paying over $400 my lawn shouldn’t look untreated.

Used them for a year and was never mailed nor called about a bill that I completely forgot about. They ended up sending me a letter from a debt collector, when all they had to do was get a hold of me. My credit score is perfect with 100% pay on time, so this was just a misunderstanding. I don't think it's fair they would do this and I want them held accountable for this.

This is the second season I have used Good Nature Organic Lawn Care. My sales representative Corey English is patient, knowledgeable, funny and always super responsive to my millions of questions, concerns and requests. Thank Corey for doing math with me and making sure my lawn is getting the best care.
Terrible customer service. After 2 seasons, lawn looks worse than ever before. Absolutely not worth the investment. I requested a cancellation and then received more servies and bills. Will not be paying and shall seek legal representation.
This company is a true example of Great customer Service! They produce great products to keep our earth healthier and our plants happy! They have impeccable personal care, with calls a head of time to remind you of their next applications! They go beyond excellence. Highly recommend their service. Five stars from me!+
