This company is barely a real company. I feel like a made a deal with a really dumb devil. They basically serve protecting our completely negligent landlord BR Lucas Holdings. If you ask a simple question they respond by yelling at you and blaming you for whatever the issue is. Honestly i hope one day renting LA wont be such a awful experience
