Their new “covid” system is hectic. 1 customer a time in the store is silly. Employees coming in and out, running around .. It was chaos. Then on top of it they didn’t get our order right even after reading it back correctly to us. Muffins were dry. Only thing that was nice was menu was displayed on window with all the options.
RecommendedGood coffee and pastries, nice staff too. Disappointed that we could not go in because of the coronavirus scare, but that’s a local law not the business’ fault.
Best coffee to go shop in Traverse City. Love their lattes and lemon poppyseed muffins! Alice and Angelique are the best. And their dog biscuits are the best in town per our golden retriever Darwin. He absolutely runs to their door to wait for his treat.
Quality coffee shop, great folks, great coffee and goodies, Good Harbor has a bit of magic to the vibe, very nice. The quad Raspberry Moca is outstanding! 💞🎥💎

coffee was fabulous, so were the bagels. the parmesan bagel and the cinnamon raisin toasted with cream cheese hit the spot.
