We came to Good Hands for our older dog who had bad a cyst burst seeking urgent care with no appointment and were welcomed immediately. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We received immediate information and preliminary treatment along with options for a treatment plan that included estimates. The facility is beautiful and clean. Dr. Jones is amazing! I am so thankful to find a place that really loves what they do. It tells in the way they treat our babies. It tells in the way they counselling on all our fears. They take exceptional care of our cookie, Jack Jack, and Pugsley, and they're not outrageous on prices. I definitely recommend them to any pet owner.
Always able to work my dogs in. My pups just love Dr. Falany. She takes the time to explain things to you and never makes you think your crazy for asking the same question again because you forgot the answer or didn’t understand. My two pomeranians had a wonderful first visit at Good Hands today. Dr. Falany was so patient & attentive to each of my pup's needs. She took time to explain all of the potential issues she found and I left with far more understanding of my dog's problems than I have ever had. The office is also peaceful & beautiful! Excited to bring all of our pets here for years of care.
