Raul and the crew were prompt and worked closely with us to ensure we received all the service the bid included. They really did extra things that were logical and thoughtful, and follow through on circumstances that arose after they got into the scheduled work. They were efficient and quite tidy. I will most assuredly call on them again.
From the first phone call for an estimate, to the the evaluation of my trees with arborist Jeff, to the prompt bid to Raul and the crew arriving promptly, everything was as it should be with good business with Good Guys Tree service. Beyond a complete job, they did above and beyond what was bid, they were efficient and were very neat and respectful of my property. I will certainly retain them for services again.
Our trees hadn't been trimmed in quite a while and therefore there was a lot to do. We selected GoodGuys Tree Service because there estimate was very professional - not the cheapest but they seem to be very professional. They did a very good and the team was very friendly and listened to our wishes. Our trees look so much better. They sealed all the cuts and cleaned everything. We can recommend this business.
I contacted Good Guys to come get an estimate to have a couple trees removed. Jeff came out and walked me through my yard talking to me and helping me to understand what things were that I didn't know since I had just moved in recently. He later emailed me a quote to remove the trees I wanted as well as grind the stumps. Raul and his team showed up yesterday morning to do the work and I'm extremely pleased!
