My jeep had a couple shock bolts snap off. I called around to every shop in town and all of them said theu would pass on the job. I called these guys and theu took the job. They talked me through the different methods they could use to extract the bolts, and wanted to know what I thought. After a few moments of discussing the issue, we came up with a game plan.
