I purchased a large home over 4 years that still had its original 62 year old Galvanized plumbing. A large addition was added with 30 year old Copper piping that is notorious for pinhole leaks. I appreciated the fact that Robert returned my call in a very short time after I left a voicemail message. It was a Saturday, and he was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. My problem was with a water softener, and the problem was that I could not open the cap to the nozzle and venturi assembly. Adamu opened the cap before I could blink my eyes and determined that it was clean after taking it apart. Something else was causing the softener to not generate, and we were able to figure it out. I have lived in my home for 20 years and over that time I have had occassions to call for a plumber. Some were ok...some were good but not until Plumber Boy did I receive SUPERIOR service!!! They went above and beyond to explain what was needed and why! Pricing was exceptionaly fair, overall I can't imagine ever calling another plumber!
I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I made an exception. From the moment I called they were friendly, very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone the staff that showed up at my house were very nice and honest. I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs.
I had another plumber out and they were looking for a leak from the toilet upstairs that ran down to my den they said it was the wax ring they replaced it three days later it was leaking again so I called the plumber back and they said they couldn’t find the leak they were stumped they left in about a week and a half I called and ask where they were and then the girl tells me that they couldn’t find a leak and I said how can I find a leak if they’re not here looking for it. GGP is great! Robert came out quickly and was able to give an estimate. They installed a new water heater that week. Quick, easy, very knowledgeable and affordable. I would definitely call them for any plumbing needs.
