i received a custom-scented lotion that I was unhappy with. i contacted the FB admin, who instructed me to contact customer service. A representative has apologized in an email but not offered any resolution or response to my follow-up. Product smells like a cheap chemical scent was used, and cost $25.

I had a first time facial & mixed my make & take salt scrub. Heather gave a very relaxing facial & was very helpful letting me know what she used on my face & in picking out what to purchase for my facial needs. Everyone was very nice & helpful.

This is a great place to visit if you are in Chattanooga! The staff was great and took their time teaching my son how to make his own soap. He loved every minute!! We will def be back next time we are in town!
Had a prenatal massage today with Molly and it was amazing! So relaxing. She asked me where I would like her to most focus on and did just that. Also the lotion she used still has my skin soft and smells so good! I’ve been a customer for years now and use their skin care line everyday. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
