Several years ago I went into the store and bought all 3 of the different inserts. One of them I used for an hour or two, the second, for maybe 6 hours, and the third, continuously since then. The one I use has done a GREAT job and I really love it. I was however greatly disappointed that the saleslady even sold me the other two.
