I have had the arch inserts for over 10 years that i purchased from the Good Feet Store in scottsdale AZ. I was so glad to find this store i came in to get some new shoes and found out from Suzann that my arches were fattening out. my arches came with a lifetime replacement . Suzann promptly measured my feet for any changes. I was very happy to leave with a new pair of arches and a cute pair of shoes. Suzann was very helpful . Thanks again Cheryl Frausto
It had been a long time since I had been in to the store. In fact I had not been back since I purchased my support. I went in this week and the staff in this store was fantastic. The reminded me that I had a lifetime warranty so they checked the insoles that I was wearing and replaced them as they were flat. However, the best that they helped me with was getting the lift adjustment so that my left leg length matched my right leg. Merlyn, This is the kind of store everyone enjoys visiting. Great product and the best of service. My attendant was Suzann and WOW... what an employee. However, she did have to order my shoes but she also introduced me to a foot massage machine which I bought and it has done what she told me it would. I have used this store before because of their product. Now I will use them because of the products PLUS the employees.

Traci has been fabulous working with us. She is so knowledgeable about orthotics and finding solutions so my wife's feet don't hurt. We are planning a trip to Europe that will include lots of walking. I am so happy that we found comfortable shoes and orthotic inserts to make pain free walking possible. Ask for Traci if you visit the Meridian Good Feet store. You'll be glad you did!!
I only have good things to say about the Good Feet Store. Traci has been amazing with helping me with my feet, and the pain I was experiencing has been improving drastically. My heel pain has all but disappeared. The strengthener helped immediately once I put it on, and I can tell when I'm not wearing it. The price is high, but it's worth it.
Traci demonstrated, I approved and feel better. I would recommend to anyone with feet problems.
Well I take it back. After several attempts at contacting district manager Jeff finally got back to me and talked to Jamie at the store. Next morning they reimbursed me for all the inserts. Jamie was very nice and accomodating and apologized for the issues and said all I needed was to ask for reimbursement form. Nobody offered that option previously. I went in with my wife in august suffering with plantar fasciitis since May, desperate for a fix before hunting season. They fitted orthotics and convinced me I needed the 3 package plus rubber inserts, plus one for wife at $1700 total. I was so desperate we bought. Like a timeshare you have to sign a contract that says you can't get your money back! What company doesnt stand by its product? Very unethical.
