This was definitely the worst food purchase experience I’ve had in Canada. I had a very disappointing experience at the hospital location branch. When I ordered my sandwich, I was told that their oven wasn’t working that day. I said that was fine, but the sandwich they gave me was clearly old. The bread was so stale that it was as hard as a rock. I pointed this out to the staff, but she just kept repeating that the oven wasn’t working.
