Went here for a drink with two friends, and after we took out our laptops to study/work, the staff told us to move to the tables inside Chapters after only five minutes — saying the café was busy. However, the place stayed mostly empty, with half the seats unused even an hour later when we left. The older lady was quite rude. Not a good spot for studying or doing any business.
No power outlets for laptops, the bathroom was gross and they didn't have a hanger in the stall for your coat. These are details that should not be overlooked by a coffeehouse.
Been here a few times. Never blown away or disappointed. Had a good read for a hour. However, do not sit near the staff entrance/ exit door because it'll slam constantly!
