Ugh! So cringe! I got to witness a very hostile situation between two patrons at the register and the young male barista failed to deescalate entirely. One customer was getting more and more agitated, the other more and more condescending. The girl working was lovely and the coffee was great but I found it very strange that they didn’t have a bathroom! It was early so the mall was closed and I couldn’t sit and enjoy my coffee there! Just a heads up for anyone looking to spend time there in the morning!
Craving a chai latte and this place makes a good one. Sat on the patio near the iconic bay centre fountain. It was a nice place to sit and rest a while. Enjoying a bit of people watching before having to continue on
The bus for my return ferry was coming in just one minute, and I really wanted to say I was sorry and ask if you could prepare it quickly. But with my limited English, all I could say was “the bus…!” Seeing me so flustered, the staff kindly hurried without getting upset.
