I decided to have someone else cook last night and stopped into the Good Earth in Roseville. While dining alone, my server was SO great! She made me feel so special, as if she could see on my face that was what I really needed! My delish bison burger was done to perfection and my side fresh corn soup was really great. We were lucky to be seated immediately without reservations. My fiancé had the classic chicken salad And I had the Thai chicken skewers on cabbage, and the spinach salad. Everything was delicious and the service & setting was delightful. We will be back !
The Good Earth is a natural restaurant in every sense of the word. It focuses on healthful eating, with fresh, often organic ingredients, and innovative chef techniques to bring out the best appearance and flavors of the food. I have been going there for more than 30 years, and I am glad there is one near my home.
