I just bought my first car, and brought it into Good Carma for an all over diagnostic. They were kind, helpful, and very accommodating. Very honest about what the best decisions for the car, and myself were. Both to extend the cars life, and keep me financially sane. Not to mention, some great coffee next door. Would highly recommend!
When you first walk in its like you've known and used them forever. Very helpful , quick in and out, everyone is so nice and they take time to explain what's wrong with the car in a language i can understand. And offer you options . Family friendly atmosphere. Just an all-around great place to have your car fixed
A good, trusted auto shop can be hard to find; I recently moved from Chicago and have definitely found my new go-to shop. They graciously accommodated me last minute when my transmission went out in the middle of this winter and provided me with a loaner car and a quote on the same day. Unfortunately, the car wasn't worth repairing, but they kindly checked out the new car I bought to replace it!
I’ve never gotten my car looked at or repaired here but the time Keith spent with me on the phone, while I cried a little, and (realistically) talked me through options on what to do with my baby (Raymond, 2002 Jetta) was priceless. Once I get a new car I will become a loyal patron of Good Carma - what goes around, comes around!!!
Bill, Ryan and the crew did an awesome job customizing my Subaru Outback. The work was done quickly. I recommend them for Subaru service as well.
Bill and his shop (Good Carma Coffee as well) totally went above and beyond helping me get my girlfriend's car going! Thanks so much, we will definitely be coming back for more repairs!
