Took my car in to be serviced this morning, went next door to get my free cup of coffee, and came back 30 minutes later or so. While waiting, the service advisors and mechanics were discussing a car that needed a fair amount of brake work, but the owner (a public school teacher) couldn't afford to do much. The owner was passing by and said "what can we do to help him, let's do some of the Lords work here". They've gained a customer for life, kudos to you Good Carma!
I normally don't do this, but since they only "advertise" by word of mouth, I want to highly recommend Good Carma - Minneapolis to anyone needing attention to detail & expert service for VW's or Audi's. I have a 30 year old VW Westfalia that needed a fair bit of repair. Thoroughly examining the Westy, they listed everything that needed replacement & the reasons why. I picked it up yesterday & am very pleased. It runs like a top & I hope to enjoy many more road trips. Thanks!
Good Carma is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable repair shop. They are great at communicating and they take really good care of customers. They always go above and beyond!
Good Carma is the best! They're always willing to take the time to explain services (and which ones can wait) - but their repairs always seem super speedy. I never worry about getting ripped off here - everyone is so genuine! I love the free coffee next door (with any service) and friendly puppies behind the desk. Seriously love this place. I send all my friends here and would trust them with my car anytime.
