After talking to the owner about my order 9 days before my party she asked me to email the pics for inspiration. I did. when I called 4 days later to check in after my email. I was told she won't even be here the week of the party and no one else makes cakes there. I was very disappointed as I now have to settle with a regular, no fondant, cake and no cupcakes. But happy Love and Buttercream took me in although they ask for more than 4 days

Sorry about your experience, but we require 14 days notice no exceptions for fondant/custom cakes. When you spoke to me you never stated when you wanted this order, because I would've notified you then you did not fall within the timeline needed for a custom/fondant cake. I speak to several people daily about custom cakes unless you tell me the date I can't tell you if we're able to accommodate your order. I never received you email either because I would've replied..
