I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
