Thankfully I'm not a patient, but I was calling to see if they were accepting new patients. Due to a change in insurance carriers thru my employer, I did research thru BCBS & found that this office lists they are accepting new patients. I thought great! I had heard good things about this Dr. I called & spoke w/ASHLEY & inquired if they were accepting new patients. I barely got my question out & was met with a NO! She is really quite rude. This doctor needs to know how her staff treats patients.
Do not waste your time trying to see this doctor her staff wont allow you, since they decide how many patients she should have they will tell you she is not taking new patients as if she was to see all her patients at the same time on the same day. Very unprofessional.
