Good luck getting prescription refills. Can’t get in touch with the doctor and refills are denied. This clinic is more concerned with billing for office visits then helping patients
I will admit it is hard to get an appointment with her because she is so good. Dr Gonzalez prefers to open up new patient appointment when she has the space in her schedule because she is very thorough. Also, if she kept taking on new patients she wouldn’t have opening for her loyal established patients. I will say she’s blunt and brutally honest at times. I think we need that, as she’s only trying to keep us healthy. She’s great at her job and we couldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider.
Dr Gonzalez is a superb health Doctor. Great staff, and super knowledgeable. Been with her guidance over 20 years. I'm 83, knew Dr. Gonzalez since the 80's.
Dr. Gonzalez is the best and most honest physician. She’s been my MD for over 10 years and always celebrates any goals I’ve met what ever they are. She always makes our visit personal and never rushes our visit.

Dr. Gonzalez was my doctor in the early 2000, but had to move to Laredo, when came back I tried go back to her and her personal advised me that she would not take me back but I kept calling till finally got back to her. I really liked her since the beginning and finally I am back to my favorite doctor. Up to know no complaints. I heard that now they got a new receptionist which is good. I didn't like the one she had previously never called me back when I first called.
I spent years searching for a pcp before finding Dr. Gonzalez, and now I have been a patient for over twenty years. She knows I don't care to take a pill for every little ailment, and is very good at explaining her treatment plans. She is no nonsense, very professional and runs a tight ship, which some may find offensive, but not me. I admire her prompt professional attitude..
I have been seeing Dr Gonzalez for about 18yrs. She is an awesome Dr. She has always been there to take care of me. Answers all my medical questions.
