He was excellent. His staff is another story. I had a billing issue which needed clarity. His wife was so rude and couldn't give me any information to help me find the reason my insurance had not covered this particular bill. All I wanted was some paperwork to show my insurance company. Worst therapist in the world!!!
I found this practice via Google and initially spoke with Donna, the receptionist, who emailed me the new patient forms. I returned them promptly but had to call multiple times to speak with her (As she doesn't answer phone calls). I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM on October 14, though they usually open at 10. He does not listen staff is very unprofessional rude do not know how to properly fill out medical forms does not answer or return calls
He really cares about his patients. I am so glad that he is now my doctor.
Ignores your allergy list. Had two occasions of loss of consciousness because I was given medications that endangered my life. Don't know why he is listed as ob-gyn, because he is a psychiatrist.
