Never use this company! I will never use them ever again! I gave them all my business installing 2 HVAC's and a new Noritz tankless water heater. I even sent them referrals! I had an issue with the tankless water heater on Friday 11/7, and called to schedule a technician. They told me the earliest they had was Wednesday 11/12. I asked if they could do Friday but they could not. She "squeezed me in" for Monday and no one showed up. I called and they said sorry we can do Wednesday the original date she gave me. I said fine. I would like to start of saying Gomez heating does take care of their customers. My AC was not working; I called and got appointment. Technician came out 2 days later and said it was fixed. It was not fixed, so I called back and they sent a technician out again. I was informed it was a part they had to order, and it would take some time. I was mad at first and Thanks to Edith, she was able to calm me down and take care of business and ensure me that it will be taken care of and apologize for the delay. Two weeks ago when ac stopped they came out and said need a new motor well order it and install in Monday (three days later) never hear anything call they say still waiting for motor. 10 days later they show up randomly but not not because they had there jobs confused. Thought was here for a leak I say no we’ve been baking in this heat waiting for your motor. The guy says let me call the office and figure this out. Sits in his van for 10min then disappears without saying anything.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY. LET ME FIRST SAY THE FLAKE AND DON'T SHOW UP TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. THE CUSTOMER HAS TO BE CALLING THEM. RATHER THAN COMPANY CALLING. IT TOOK 2 CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE OUT. THE TECHNICIAN SAID IT JUST NEEDED FREON. HE SURE KNEW HAD TO CHARGE AND COLLECT THE MONEY. They installed parts of my HVAC over a month ago. Constant scheduling and then canceling. I am so disappointed in how unprofessional and out right disrespectful they treat their customers. Today they were scheduled to come 7/18. Haven’t been able to schedule installing the breaker in my house since 7/4. They don’t even tell me they have bumped me off the schedule and have no idea when they are coming. I would not recommend you use them. Their prices are low for good reason.
