These people work on the AC unit in front of my house. They came today to replace the unit. They have been out here a few times and no showed prior to this. My neighbor told me, who hasn't had a working AC since last November lol. After leaving, I saw they rearranged my lights, not in the way I spaced them out and made sure they were completely straight. These guys were replacing a unit they installed incorrectly the first time for the neighboring townhome. They left trash all over my yard and damaged some of my plants. Screws left on the ground in my yard that my dogs could’ve stepped on or eaten. Just an absolute disgrace of a company. Never use them.
They installed a brand new A/C system in my house and it had refrigerant leak right away. They cut in to my drywall to fix the 2 leaks, however they were sloppy and cut many wires doing this. When I got someone to come and repair the wires, I asked them to cover the cost which was $750 and they asked me who approved that repair, and as the homeowner I told them I did. Great service & friendly workers who installed new HVAC at my home.
I was accosted by a young man parked next to me in a parking lot in this truck. They had chosen the spot next to me in a very empty parking lot and basically had my car blocked in on the left side. The man in the truck said he was the son of the owner and decided to insult me, tell me to do derogatory things to his anatomy and then topped it off by telling me how ugly I was.
