I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for others. There were multiple occasions where I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. In addition, there was an issue regarding a missed follow-up call. When I tried to explain that it can be difficult to know when to be available if a more specific timeframe isn’t provided, the conversation became defensive and I was repeatedly told that I simply needed to be available.
