I was seen at the urgent care for srethroat today, such nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The Dr. was kind and caring and the charge was fair. I was treated with respect and kindless. I recommend this urgent care strongly.
I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I have only been there once or twice years ago and he was Great, Im looking him up to go again aren't I? My father thinks he is great too. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. What a dreadful experience it was to visit this doctors office. He was rude to me and barely examined my injury. I thought the staff were extremely bored and gave poor information. I thought he was angry all of the time I was around him and I didn't trust him.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited.
