I went in twice now for my Trans slipping and they tell me nothin wrong I got the warranty witch I am glad I did because besides from Trans problem the truck would stall on me so I took it in and the key was bad and they sold me the truck with to big of tiers so I got to deal with that also I feel like I got took advantage of live and learn

We purchased a pre owned Chrysler Town & Country with free lifetime oil changes & we purchased the lifetime warranty. I went on a Wednesday for my 1st oil change. Let me say, rude & inconsiderate, is mild to what I want to say about your service tech. He was so rude & unfriendly, I haven't been back since. That was 2 1/2 years ago. I go to Galenas for my oil changes & service needs. I'd rather pay for it then have to go back Goilings service dept.

I have owned many Chrysler and Jeep products over the years and I will never buy another vehicle at Golling again. Their service and customer attention is incredibly rude and poor. There are many dealerships in the Greater Detroit area to choose from and that is exactly what I will be doing and encouraging all my friends and acquaintances to do as well. Horrible customer service. So disgusting. I bought a used car there and down the road I start having issues. Find out the front bumper is repainted and is now cracking and needs to be repainted, it needs all new tires because the ones they had on the car are all worn out, etc.... The best part is they don't care about it. They want nothing to do with it. I recommend not going there to purchase a used car. Excellent customer service on the service drive and express lane. Dave was went the extra mile to make sure I got fit right in and Tashai Long made sure the work got done quick on the express lane. Best CJDR dealer in the area by far. Thanks for getting be back on the road when two other dealers couldn't!
Been buying cars there for thirty years, as did my dad, my son ( this year ) my wife, my ex-wife, my daughter and my daughter in law. I bought a car there in January. Last night they called me with an offer, firm out the door price. I confirmed to purchase. Today...they want an additional 15,000. The sales guy got no support. Dealers want our loyalty, Golling does not give the customer loyalty any more. Poorly done, folks.
