Customer service after vehicle purchase is sub par. Just called about a recall and instead of being given a scheduled appointment I lose the car for potentially the whole day on what's a two hour job
My sister and I went there yesterday and receive really poor service while really can't say that because no one ever approached us. We were there over 30 minutes not even the gentleman with suits and ties on walking pass spoke.Maybe we were invisible
Heath Weishuhn is AWESOME! I was scheduled to pickup my new Jeep Patriot on Monday. However, due to the weather today (2/24/16) I wasn't sure my current vehicle would make it home. I called Heath and he was able to get all of my paperwork pulled together within about an hour! He even offered to keep my car on the lot overnight until it was safe to drive again. I bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee from here in April 2015. I love my truck and the finance rate is very low. I did however experience a hassle with getting new tires. The ones that were on it were quite worn and I refused to go buy new ones for a truck I had just purchased. Needless to say after a few conversations with the rep I got 4 new tires... thankfully I also purchased the extended warranty not 1 month after purchase something electrical went wrong. It was covered as well as my rental. Overall I'm satisfied.
Been leasing vehicles here for the past 10+ years, and picking up a new ram tomorrow. A+ service from the sales and service staff.
Its the best place ever if you like being lied to bought a car in my 20s to make every payment on time to find out it was in the cosigners name that had perfect credit and was paying crazy interest rate
We've leased 6 vehicles from Golling and are treated like crap! Service is horrible, cannot get your car serviced quickly to save your life.... Car problems? Left out to dry! Salesmen are slimy and just want a quick sale. Could care less about you. Turnover is high so if you want to go back to your "guy", he's not there anymore! Go to another dealership!!! Never, ever going back.
