Just a FYI. A salesperson I leased a car from on Oct 19 at Golling Alfa Romeo tested positive for Covid-19. I am now under quarantine awaiting test results. Fingers crossed I’ll live to enjoy my new car. This isn’t a joke or a prank. 😕
This is my second time leasing a grand Cherokee, and first time going to Golling! HEATH is the one to go too! He made the leasing process so easy for me, and stress free:) he gave me a great deal, and didn’t leave out any details.. after going to heath, I will always go to Him and I will always recommend anyone I can to him! Made an 1:30pm appointment for a oil change. When I arrived I was told that the “website really didn’t have appointments” and they’ve tried unsuccessfully to get the site corrected....And there was a 2 hour wait. What a bunch of BS especially during these times. Appointments are needed for our safety. Totally unsatisfied!!!

So this place is a mess. I get free oil changes here because I bought my car from Golling in Waterford. They had a guy walking up and down the line basically demanding people let him fix chips in their windshield. I said no probably ten times and he basically “mansplained” windshield chips to me and pressured me into saying yes. Then, nobody said anything to me about my car I was only given a receipt that doesn’t even say when to come back, no sticker, and my light was still on. My wife bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Village motors in Chelase, Golling bought that dealership, its service department has gone down hill ever since. She got her jeep before we were married, she took the jeep to Golling Chelsea for service under her lifetime extended warranty she bought when she bought the jeep. Today she was told the warranty was canceled because the original owner did not own the vehicle anymore! All she did was get married and changed her last name. Shame on Golling and Chrysler Corp.
Absolutely beyond rude customer service from the woman that was working in the service center area on 9/11/2020, didn’t even think to catch her name we were so in shock how ill-mannered she was. Wish they could of made a stressful situation less stressful by being kind to people that are already having to deal with car problems.
