Worst medical facility in Niagara Falls. Horrible rude staff, no one picks up the phone, no appointments available for 6 months out, appointments get automatically canceled when made by Memorial ER. Memorial ER is great, Golisano center is an insult to the fine citizens of Niagara Falls
Worst circus clowns in town. 3 years probably more like 2 years, 5 providers, no consistence. 15 minute pushes for patient turn over for profit. Made to feel like an inconvenience for seeking health care. Go somewhere else for care, this place is a circus. Then removed my patient portal access to my health records. Quite disgusting that they are trying to hide my records from me, what else are they trying to hide? The fact that I have a blown disc in my neck and getting no help from them.
