I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor I saw was very rude and unprofessional in the way they spoke to me. Instead of listening to my concerns or checking my condition properly, they seemed impatient and dismissive. I felt completely unheard and rushed during the visit. When someone comes to a clinic, especially not feeling well, the least they expect is a bit of respect, care, and proper examination — none of which I received here. Sometimes I really do like this clinic because everyone here is so respectful and kind. They're always willing to help in any situation, no matter what. I came to this clinic when I was sick, and they helped me so quickly-I'm really thankful for that. Unlike other doctors where you might wait 2, 3, even 4 days just to get seen, here the wait isn't nearly as long and you actually get to see a doctor without too much delay.
The care I received from Doctor was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns. The front staff at the clinic displayed professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
