RecommendedOutstanding customer service. I had some difficulty with the website so I sent an email listing my problem that caused me to miss the overnight delivery deadline. Within no time I received a response and even tho it was late in the day the printing got done and items shipped for next day delivery. Sure enough the items arrived on time the next day. Very impressive. Thank you golfballs.com.
Placed and order for one product and was sent another without any communication! Reputable companies call and ask if you’re ok with the substitution!! And don’t call customer service, laughable!!!!!
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. A simple order screwed up from the get go. Order desk, fulfillment and shipping seemingly don't talk to one another. Promises to rectify seldom followed through on, deadlines missed and no regard for a quality experience. An order in July still not complete, now December. Communication over the phone seems to accept accountability, but action and follow-up just horrible, so nothing more than bobbing heads. Ignore this company, as there are alternatives.

If you need something fast dont bother with this company. Paid for 2 day shipping and rush print on balls and two weeks later and 3 times talking to someone and i still dont have them. Just cancelled the order and will go elsewhere.
