Ordered some balls and other things as a gift. Was suppose to arrive the December 10th, then the 14th. Talked to customer service and it hasn't even been shipped yet!!! Its been over 3 weeks since we ordered.

I ordered college logo gold balls and a ball marker. The ship date was missed by a week. When I first called they said they were done incorrectly and were being redone. A week later I called and now found out they were having a licensing problem. Can't believe anyone would order from them.

I have been doing biz here for a while and I have several companies who continuously try to fight for my business and I always give them a chance and they don't even get close. I put an order in for 20 cases of personalized and logo balls on Monday and despite the hurricane stoppage, they got the order done and delivered within 5 days. Unbeatable, thank you Britt for always killing it!

Paid for rush printing and shipping to get an order done. Called the morning before they were scheduled to be delivered and found out they didn’t even have the hats I had ordered, much less started work on them. They promised if I picked a new hat, they’d have it printed and overnighted to me that day. Got a call around 6PM that they never started the order, so they couldn’t fulfill in time. Chris in customer service was very friendly and helpful but that’s the only positive comment I have about my experience with Golfballs.... read more

Customer service was not good. My order was scheduled for delivery June 18th. I received it July 19th ish. They repeatedly told me they would get in touch with me and update me on my order but never did. You have to call them even if they say they will call you. And then they say they will look into your order but never actually do.

bought some balls on June 11th, they were supposed to arrive on the 19th...it's the 29th today and have not recoeved anything. i have wrote 2 emails now and have not recieved any answers on the status of my order. it's incredible that you don't even get a tracking number.... I hope I get my balls soon or at least my money so i can go and buy somewhere else

I ordered some Srixon balls when they were buy one get one free. They sent me the wrong balls so I sent an email to customer service. It’s been a week and they still haven’t responded. Don’t recommend them at all.

I received a confirmation email for my items bought and that’s it! Never received my items! I emailed customer service and never got a response and then a live chat with a Rep who told me the shirt I ordered was out of stock and the golf balls hadn’t even shipped! Never knew the shirt was out of stock and didn’t know my golf balls didn’t even ship either! there is no tracking method! Better communication to customers would be awesome! They did refund my money (I hope) so that’s good about the company !
