Ordered a pair of shoes as a Father's Day gift for my husband. Order went through fine and was given a shipping date. The order did not arrive on time so I chatted with customer service and was told they were all set, just waiting for the shipping service to pick them up. Waited another 7 days and received the same answer from customer service. I found it odd that UPS/FedEx/USPS did not come to their location in a week for a pick ups. Customer service is nonexistent. You seem to be bothering the employees, if they acknowledge you at all.
If you live in Canada, don't buy from GolfBalls.com. Just received another bill for $30 FedEx for duty on top of the shipping already paid to GolfBalls.com. Bringing the grand total to over $75 for a dozen no name gollf balls... Horrible experience. Canadians do not buy your balls here!!!
Ordered the Buy 3 Get 1 Free TP5 deal with free customization. No problems at all, was shipped quickly and the customization looks great. Highly recommend Golfballs.com.
