If you're from Canada, don't bother. It ended up costing $114 in total shipping costs to receive 1 dozen golf balls + ball markers. Unreasonable ratio to say the least. This review likely doesn't apply to Americans where the shipping situation is different, but for any fellow Canadians reading this, look harder locally! I regret not doing so myself.

I ordered golf balls on May 5. They finally shipped the balls on May 18. When I sent an email they apologized and then when I said I would probably look elsewhere, they were ok to let me leave. Unbelievable. I'm a loyal consumer, but don't understand why a company would be OK to let someone walk out the door and take their recommendations away as well. Customer service is lost nowadays.
Today at 10:23am This is the most unreliable company I have ever made a purchase from. Do not and I repeat make a purchase with this company. They are unreliable. I make an order in early June. Received an email one week later that some items were not in. Then I sent an email saying fine send what you have two weeks later I get an email saying it was being sent out. I send another email saying I would be out of town but my neighbor would watch for the package. They were to contact fedex, nada. Fedex says they sent the packag... read more
