I have lived in this apartment building for over 10 years (this time, as well as living here as a child), I've been through who knows how many management companies... The Q Residential staff are friendly and responsive to issues. As an older property (built in the late 1960s), yes there are maintenance issues, but staff always clearly explain any delays and reasons for maintenance and shut downs when asked about them. I just recwntly moved in this 225 matkham rd building.. the management is baf and worst ...there is so many things r damage and need to be replaced..the management is staff r not cooperating ....
