As someone new to our building, Joannelya made an incredible first impression. She replaced a few appliances and completed the electrical work with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Very poor management with an unprofessional attitude. They do not seem to care about their tenants. They promise to fix issues in your apartment, but when maintenance comes, little or nothing gets done. The staff they hire are unprofessional and do not provide quality service. The water is shut off without proper notice whenever they choose. The office is often closed, so tenants have to go to other buildings just to ask questions or get assistance. I recently moved into Q Residential Apartment and I had a fantastic experience so far! The move-in process was incredibly smooth, and the management team Joannelyn and Violeta was super friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. with all of my paperwork. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place.

Worst management you can ever find in Canada. Tired of calling them and following up over emails. They don't even try to fix the issues that you are facing in spite of repeated follow ups. The only work done regularly done by management team is collection of rent on the 1st week of every month without fail
