I ordered golf clubs at the store and paid in full. I immediately needed to cancel order as my daughter already purchased them. I was advised to call customer service. I requested cancellation within 60 minutes. Checked the status of my order PRIOR to requesting the cancellation. Items were NOT processed. I was advised via email that I cannot cancel. I just ordered a set of PING G410 irons and the staff was very helpful. Jim taped the club up and changed the configuration up multiple times until we were able to diagnose what worked best me. Thanks!
Would be less if possible. First time there spent 20 min or so browsing looking to drop $400 or so on a new driver and possibly even new irons for another $600 and but my dress attire must not have been what screamed money money money. Not once while i was there did one rep ask me if i needed assistance. Will not be back and dont recommend this place at all.
First time being there. My 15 year old daughter loves to golf and she was so excited to look at everything. She finally found a pair of shoes she liked.
