Very friendly employees! Very knowledgeable.
I called a few weeks ago and explained i needed to replace my brakes on our golf cart. I had never been a customer here before but the guys helped me through the process of troubleshooting brakes and even had the replacement pads and drums in stock. I stopped by and they guys there were so very helpful and accommodating, it makes me wish I would have bought a golf cart from them originally. Definitely stop in and talk to them, they are very helpful and nice!
After two years, three golf cart repair shops and over two thousand dollars spent, I found Golf Cart Pros. They found and fixed an annoying vibration issue on my electric cart They are great!! Highly recommend.
I called in to ask about an issue I was having with my golf cart. Ivan answered the phone, introduced himself and the company. He immediately became invested in my carts' issue, and got right to work! After a few minutes on the phone, problem solved! Thank you very much, Ivan! My golf cart needed a new motor brake and one of their mechanics was able to come out to replace it. Was super fast and efficient and inspected the cart for other issues to give me peace of mind. Cart runs like new. Would highly recommend them. Customer service is great and I will definitely use them again for service or even buying a cart.
