Do not rent here! The building is gorgeous, the tenants are fun, and the on-site manager is amazing. Post Brothers, however, is the WORST management company I have ever lived in, from rude corporate staff, to billing issues where THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. They are worse they Greystar iykyk.
*Very High Utility Bills *Paper thin walls *Infested with roaches I lived at Goldtex for a year, and while I initially liked the loft-style space, the reality of living here was a huge disappointment. Jeff at the front desk was always friendly, and Rashawn, the building manager, did his best to help, but there wasn’t much he could do with higher management making all the decisions. 6 months since moving out, and still haven’t received security deposit. Will adjust review accordingly once deposit is received in full. On top of that, amenities are not unkept, things break all the time, apartments are landlord special - there’s much better options in Philly.
