*Very High Utility Bills *Paper thin walls *Infested with roaches I lived at Goldtex for a year, and while I initially liked the loft-style space, the reality of living here was a huge disappointment. Jeff at the front desk was always friendly, and Rashawn, the building manager, did his best to help, but there wasn’t much he could do with higher management making all the decisions. 6 months since moving out, and still haven’t received security deposit. Will adjust review accordingly once deposit is received in full. On top of that, amenities are not unkept, things break all the time, apartments are landlord special - there’s much better options in Philly.
Lived here for 2 years, moved out 6 months ago and still waiting on my security deposit back.
I would give 0 stars if I could; months after moving out and still have not received security deposit back. Additionally, heat didn't work half the time I lived there, the pool is never cleaned, is filled with hair and band aids constantly, and is unusable, everything is cheaply made and breaks frequently in the apartment, and there are constantly non-residents using gym, common areas, and rooftop area.
