Amazing Dentists and Amazing Hygenists…..
Two years ago I came in for a tooth that needed shaving down. I payed my total and was told my coverage covered the rest. I then started getting phone calls a year after not too long after I left my old job and switched insurance providers. Before the holidays 2025 I called and was made aware that apparently I owed them $51.04… and I was blown away when I was so confused as to why I was told I had payed in full at the time of leaving my appointment now two years ago to now getting a random new accusation of not paying my bil... read more
