I don't write reviews often, but Jason needs a special shout out. He was so great to work with! He was so patient, friendly, and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Ring shopping at Goldsmith was such a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone Especially since it can be a daunting task!
My Wife and I came in to select her engagement ring and Katherine Buchanan assisted us. She the process very easy by explaining the intricate differences between each option. She went into detail as to the different kinds of cuts and why certain people choose certain cuts. This made my wife and I feel like we made an educated choice in ring.
I will only ever come here for jewelry from here on out. I had a very specific custom band I wanted for my husband and not one other jeweler in Utah or Salt Lake county was able to make it. Wil was very attentive and worked so hard to make sure the ring was EXACTLY what I wanted and in my budget. The whole staff is very attentive and we loved them so much we came back and got my wedding band here too.
I came in with an idea of what I wanted and they made it happen. They are great to work with and don't push their ideas on you. They want what you want! So grateful I came here for my wedding ring.
