New patient but my daughter had pain from a spacer that needed removed, called to have her seen and they couldn't get her in in a reasonable amount of time. A child in pain and they wanted to book a month out. From several reviews it sounds like it is no different if your an established patient or not. Disappointing!! I am sure that means they are busy and a good practice but when I asked to see if they could do anything sooner was curtly told -Do you want the appointment or not? My son had his first dentist appointment today to check his front teeth that were damaged by a fall. The staff were AMAZING and so PATIENT. Thank you for making mine, as well as his visit comforting.
They are awesome. Definitely good with kids that are scared and have patience. I enjoy coming here.
