I had a very peculiar situation with my account, and was unable to access my benefits. Drove up to Fairfax Station in hopes of finding the support I couldn’t find at other locations. Nathan went out of his way to find a solution and review all the possibilities with me. I couldn’t be more glad w the experience.
Super disappointed with this gym. They randomly raised my rate without any warning, and when I asked about it, they gave me the runaround instead of just fixing the issue. I’ve talked to multiple staff members over the past six weeks, and still no refund. Every time I brought it up, the staff made me feel like I was being a nuisance—like it was my fault they changed the rate without telling me.
