Golds gym has poor customer service. I called to cancel my membership after sending in my cancelation letter which was 2 months prior, but they wouldn't cancel it for me because they didnt recieve the letter. I was overcharged due to them not receiving the letter and i haven't even attended their gym for the past 2 months. Now i have to send another letter which adds on another 20 dollars for something that i haven't used.
