I just visited gold's gym. The employees and trainer I met were great. Welcoming and helpful. My only issue was the smaller lockers didn't fit my large bag. That means I couldn't secure my belongings. After my workout I took a shower for less than 2 min, when I came back, my new under armor shoes (that were in my bag) were gone. They are working now to resolve this issue, but make sure if you visit here, you lock your stuff up, or it will be gone. Gotta love some people.
